Position Details:
Title: EDM Developer
Location: Boston, MA – Hybrid (2 days onsite preferred); Remote considered for exceptional candidates
Duration: 6–9 months (with possible extension)
Experience Required: 13 years total, including 5–10 years in EDM and Informatica
Must-Have Skills:
- 13 years of strong Data Warehouse (DWH) experience
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Markit EDM (S&P / CADIS)
- Strong knowledge of Informatica MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, and Informatica Cloud (IICS)
- Expertise in SQL Server, writing complex queries and procedures
- Cloud Services experience (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience in the Investment and Banking Finance domain – particularly with Securities, FX, Pricing, Issuers, NAIC, and Cashflows
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and maintain data integration workflows using Markit EDM and Informatica tools
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to analyze, design, and deliver data solutions
- Optimize SQL queries and procedures for performance and scalability
- Collaborate in a hybrid agile environment, supporting both onsite and remote team members
- Contribute to cloud migration strategies and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and data quality initiatives
Interview Process:
- Recruitment Prescreening: 20-minute video call
- Technical Round with Trianz: 30–45 minutes
- Final Round with Client (Liberty Mutual): 45–60 minutes
