Position: Oracle SCM Business Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite – 5 days a week)
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience Required: Relevant experience in Oracle SCM BA
Must Have:
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Experience working with large-scale programs and handling day-to-day operational requests
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of Agile principles and processes
Required Skills:
• Experience/exposure to Oracle Fusion PDH and Oracle Fusion Pricing (good to have)
• Proficiency with JIRA for backlog management, user stories, and test plans
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe
• Experience in creating business/system process diagrams, use cases, and UAT plans
• Ability to monitor and evaluate project progress at each stage
Job Summary/Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with business partners to understand and translate their needs into IT requirements
• Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and oversee requirement implementation
• Manage business relationships, expectations, and communication
• Support and align efforts to meet business needs and company strategy
• Monitor program/requirement progress and liaise with development teams and end-users
• Drive continuous improvement and recommend process enhancements
