Job Summary:
- Design and develop scalable and efficient architectural solutions using QI CJM, QI Digital Advantage Suite, QI Scaler, Quadient Inspire Interactive, and Quadient Inspire.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the overall system performance and user experience.
- Ensure the architectural solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the architectural solutions.
- Contribute to the company s purpose by developing innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
