RPA Business Analyst with UI Path: Job Title: RPA Business Analyst with UI Path
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)
Duration: Full-time
Experience: 12 Years
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on RPA, ideally with hands-on experience in UI Path.
- Strong knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts, methodologies, and tools, particularly UI Path.
- Expertise in process analysis, mapping, and designing automation solutions.
- Excellent understanding of business process workflows and how they can be automated using RPA tools.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, and vendors.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for software development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead meetings, conduct workshops, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other RPA tools, in addition to UI Path, is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning integrations with RPA tools.
- UI Path certification or relevant RPA certifications.
