The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions to enhance guest engagement, sales automation, and service operations at Marriott’s Orlando office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect Sales, Service, and Data Cloud solutions for guest journey tracking, loyalty programs, and revenue forecasting.
• Integrate Salesforce with hotel PMS, ERP, CRM, and reservation systems. Any hotel industry experience like Marriott or domain.
• Implement AI-powered insights, chatbots, and automation for customer service and sales.
• Ensure data security, compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and revenue recognition (ASC 606, IFRS 15).
Must-Have Skills:
• 10 years in Salesforce (Sales, Service, and Data Cloud).
• Strong experience in hospitality industry CRM & automation.
