JD:
- At least 15 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools
- Lead the overall strategy and execution of Salesforce programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related programs and initiatives.
- Oversee multiple Salesforce projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Lead a cross-functional team, including Salesforce developers, business analysts, and other technical resources.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Track and report on project progress, resolving issues and mitigating risks as they arise.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay current on Salesforce innovations and recommend best practices for leveraging the platform to meet business needs.
