What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Area Director position at New York Upscale Casual Restaurant?
Upscale Casual / Polished Casual dining restaurant seeks an experienced Restaurant Area Director.
We're looking for an experienced leader to take the helm of our high volume ($5m / year) restaurant and support our sales growth initiatives!
We have lunch and dinner dayparts, so experience managing a restaurant with split operations is a must.
We'd like for you to have:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 5 years of Salaried Restaurant General Manager Experience
- 3 years of multi unit restaurant leadership experience REQUIRED
- Casual Dining experience preferred but not required – see other notes
- Previous high volume management experience with P&L accountability
- Experience training and mentoring salaried team members
