Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial clearance team to ensure timely processing of insurance authorizations, eligibility verification, and pre-certifications for surgical cases.
- Collaborate with surgical teams, patient care concierge team, insurance companies, and patients to resolve financial issues and ensure proper coverage for surgical procedures.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues related to financial clearance, insurance approvals, and patient concerns.
- Analyze and track financial clearance metrics, ensuring all surgical cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance representatives and external vendors to ensure seamless workflows.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on financial policies, procedures, and insurance protocols.
- Monitor changes in insurance policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.
Salary : $30 - $40
