You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways :

Responsibilities
- Answer on average 50-100 calls per day
- Corresponding to emails, chat and text messages
- Scheduling appointments, procedures, and testing
- EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data entry
- General administrative duties
- Insurance and knowledge of Medical terminology a plus
- Patient care
- Attention to detail
- Must have EMR experience
- Must be willing to work some Saturday hours if needed
