We are seeking a strategic and innovative Product Management Director to lead our product management initiatives. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with company objectives and market needs, driving innovation and growth. This will include, but not be limited to, the creation of business cases, pricing strategies and pricing ownership.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the product management and technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform product development and positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and other departments to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
- Technology Integration: Oversee the application of advanced technologies in product development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.
- Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development through launch and ongoing enhancements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for product development initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure products meet their needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10 years of experience in product management roles, with a strong track record of successful product launches.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to [specific industry, e.g., BioPharma, Medical Devices, Industrial].
Travel Requirements:
