NewAldaya Lifescapes is seeking a Full time Education / Training / Development Director and Infection Preventionist.  This positions primary responsiblities include :

  • Clinical training and education of nursing and healthcare staff.
  • Develop and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Maintaining clinical competencies all certified nursing staff
  • Leads infection prevention for the facility and provides patient and family education.
  • Leads and coordinates online in-service training with provider.

Education Director requirement :

  • Certified or willing to become certified to teach CPR and CNA course.
  • RN required, BSN preferred
  • Prior experience in training / education for

    • chronic diseases

  • infection prevention
  • professional development
  • strong oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of nursing processes
  • Highly organized with solid record keeping abilities
