The Company: Rolling Equity Leasing (REL)'s mission is to provide industry-leading finance support to improve independent contractor efficiency and enhance asset lifecycle management at a lower cost for their customers. REL (Team REL) is a fast-growing, strategically designed partnership, that unites strong transportation industry leaders and leading truck manufacturing retail dealers with the most innovative and safety focused truck manufacturers.
Their exponential growth in the last few years has created an immediate opening for a Data and Application Developer in their Waukesha, WI office to support their CRM, Financial, Analytics, and Web portal applications.
The Role:
The ideal Application Developer candidate will be providing both technical and functional knowledge of Zoho CRM, financial, and MS SQL applications as well as knowledge of Microsoft development technologies and the Microsoft O365 environment. The candidate will have a well-rounded IT background in various aspects of IT with an emphasis in development of backend systems. Experience in Web Portal Development and other IT areas (Networking, Server and workstation Deployment, etc.) a plus.
Requirements
· Must be comfortable coming on-site to Waukesha
· Ability to translate user requirements into software requirements, then take software requirements and develop them into a cohesive solution to support business needs.
· 3 years experience with CRM and/or ERP development, integrations, and enhancement projects
· 3 years of experience writing code to solve complex business problems.
· Proven experience in developing API connections (REST, SOAP, etc)
· 2 years of MS SQL experience
· Experience with ZOHO Deluge (preferred)
· Experience with ETL (Zapier, Zoho Flow, etc) - (preferred)
· Experience with Zoho Creator (preferred)
· Must be willing to expand outside of development and learn other parts of the IT environment
· Must be able to manage their work efficiently and delegate to others.
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field preferred.
