Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the facility.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Ensure that client records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry as needed.
- Coordinate communication between clients and mental health professionals.
