Certification Details BLS ACLS NIHSS Job Details Experience Required : 2 Years acute care PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown experience required. Must be proficient in SWAN & LVAD Ratios : Stepdown patient is 4 : 1, Telemetry patient are 5 : 1 (ratio depending on patient acuity and staffing) Patient Diagnosis / Population : Adult patients from 18 years, Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue, Trache / Vented patient with multi-organ issues, LVAD Patients, Patients with pulmonary HTN Management of : Heart Transplant Patient, Lung Transplant Patient, Kidney Transplant Patient, Pulmonary Hypertension Patient, Ostomy Care, Pain Management Charting : EPIC Job Requirements 2 Years acute care experience PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown experience required Proficient in SWAN & LVAD NIHSS, ACLS, & BLS required Schedule Information Every other weekend Unit Specific Information Stepdown patient ratio is 4 : 1 Telemetry patient ratio is 5 : 1 Additional Details This is required to clear. Government Issued Photo ID required. TIME SENSITIVE, Driver’s license required to be provided within 48 hours of signing. Certificates expiring within a month of start will need renewal confirmation (Email / Receipt) to clear.
