  • ACLS
  • NIHSS

Job Details

  • Experience Required : 2 Years acute care
  • PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown experience required.
  • Must be proficient in SWAN & LVAD
  • Ratios : Stepdown patient is 4 : 1, Telemetry patient are 5 : 1 (ratio depending on patient acuity and staffing)
  • Patient Diagnosis / Population : Adult patients from 18 years, Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue, Trache / Vented patient with multi-organ issues, LVAD Patients, Patients with pulmonary HTN
  • Management of : Heart Transplant Patient, Lung Transplant Patient, Kidney Transplant Patient, Pulmonary Hypertension Patient, Ostomy Care, Pain Management
  • Charting : EPIC

    • Job Requirements

  • 2 Years acute care experience
  • PCU / DOU / IMC / Stepdown experience required
  • Proficient in SWAN & LVAD

    • Schedule Information

  • Every other weekend

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Stepdown patient ratio is 4 : 1
  • Telemetry patient ratio is 5 : 1

    • Additional Details

  • This is required to clear.
  • Government Issued Photo ID required. TIME SENSITIVE, Driver’s license required to be provided within 48 hours of signing.
  • Certificates expiring within a month of start will need renewal confirmation (Email / Receipt) to clear.
