Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Newark, NJ for a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing direct housing navigation services to clients, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing case plans, coordinating services, and monitoring client progress. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate and updated case records, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with other service providers to ensure comprehensive client support.

Qualifications
- Case Management, Client Assessment, and Crisis Intervention skills
- Ability to assist residents, specifically immigrant clients, with securing safe affordable housing
- Experience in developing and implementing case plans
- Ability to coordinate services and collaborate with other service providers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate case records
- Knowledge of community resources and services in the Greater Essex County area
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with diverse populations, including the homeless and those in crisis, is a plus
Salary : $45,000
