Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Protection Specialist to join our team. This role reports to the Service Manager. Looking for a Fire Sprinkler Sales Estimator in our Service department for immediate opportunities. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients negotiating and closing of fire sprinkler protection sales. Must understand the sales cycle, maintain a pipeline, and forecast correctly. This position requires a team player with a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Actively grow business by seeking new relationships and service opportunities.
- Produce accurate estimates and create proposals for fire sprinkler service, and upgrades.
- Work closely with the corporate sales team to assist in other markets where necessary.
- Cross-sell for other company departments.
- Maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals in accordance with company policy and in a professional and timely manner.
- Actively pursue opportunities with existing and new prospective customers to build the business.
- Take advantage of all marketing opportunities through networking and other market-related events ex: industry meetings and after-hours functions.
- Expected to meet or exceed annual, assigned sales goal/budget.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience
- Proven experience in Fire Sprinkler Protection.
- Minimum 10 years' Experience.
- Must be a self-starter able to generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities
- Relevant certifications in fire protection or safety are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $102,507.00 - $109,149.00 per year
