As Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead group fitness classes, prepare class plans including appropriate music, accurately monitor and modify for each participants ability and safety. Be informed and aware of any medical history that may affect performance in class. Motivate participants without encouraging competitive behavior. Help to market and grow the services offered at the Wellness Center. Participate in community events as a representative of the hospital.
Requirements
- Must have a certification in group fitness instruction, personal training, Yoga, Spin, Silver Sneakers, Senior Fitness, etc. Previous experience leading group fitness classes preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
