Hours:
36-hour work week during normal clinic hours. Office is closed on weekends and observed holidays.
Wage/Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage based on skills/experience. All employees are eligible to participate in company's SIMPLE IRA plan after 1 year of employment. Other benefits for full-time employees include paid holidays and annual leave, reimbursement for health insurance, and education benefits.
Requirements:
Applicants should be dependable, have attention to detail, have knowledge of basic accounting principles, some college education in accounting and/or bookkeeping, willing and able to learn Quickbooks and BambooHR software, and have some experience processing payroll.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping, payroll and human resource (HR) duties for 2 physical therapy clinics. Recordkeeping and work will be performed at the Newberry, SC location.
Some of the bookkeeping and payroll responsibilities include: processing payroll biweekly through BambooHR, paying bills, and internal auditing of insurance and patient payments.
Some of the HR responsibilities include: tracking employee benefits, including paid and unpaid leave; answering inquiries from employees, managers, and owners.
