Duties

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing labor costs effectively.
