Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and develop a team of employees, including training development and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff.
- Implement effective strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling practices are followed.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee ordering of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and presentation meet fine dining standards.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and reporting.
- Plan and coordinate special events, including banquets, to enhance customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the quick service or fine dining restaurant industry.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively.
- Experience in training development to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Cook is a plus.
