Responsibilities

- Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to menu specifications.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.

- Plan and execute banquet events, ensuring seamless service from preparation through execution.

Experience
