Job Title: Correspondent Loan Analyst

Job Location: Charlotte, NC – 5 days a week on-site

Job Type: Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.

Compensation: $20-23/hour will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience. No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position. Newbold offers health care benefits and other benefits under applicable Federal or State law.

General Job Description: We are seeking a Correspondent Loan Reviewer with experience in lending, processing, and TRID compliance. This role requires a strong attention to detail, fast turnaround, and excellent communication with lender clients. This position will be in the office 5 days a week.

Job Requirements

• 3 years of experience in mortgage or correspondent lending
• Knowledge of TRID, LE/CD, and compliance regulations
• Experience with Encompass; Mavent, LQA, or Early Check experience a plus
• Ability to manage high email volume and respond promptly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, accuracy-focused environment
