General Job Description:
We are seeking multiple Instructional Design consultants to develop eLearning curriculum for new hires for our client. This role focuses on converting instructor-led training into engaging digital learning using Rise (Articulate 360). We are looking for candidates that can handle multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality course development. This is a long-term project with some work onsite.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Rise (Articulate 360) and SCORM packaging is required.
- Collaborate with instructors and designers to develop a curriculum for new hires in customer service.
- Experience in eLearning course development and instructional design.
- Design SCORM-compliant courses and reference materials to reinforce training.
- Conduct research with SMEs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a related field.
