Job Location : Hybrid in Pensacola, FL, Winchester, VA, or Vienna, VA (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type : Contract
Compensation : $25 -$28 / hour - Compensation will be based on the candidate's skills and experience. No other forms of compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, are offered for this position. General Job Description :
Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Content Developer to lead and manage training initiatives across the organization. In this role, you'll design and develop engaging courses, curricula, and instructional materials that drive employee performance and align with business goals.
Job Requirements :
- Expertise in instructional design, learning theories, and educational curricula library creation
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and modern training tools
- Collaborate with others to plan and design courses and curricula; ensure the accuracy of the content and test multimedia elements
- Train internal team members on the effective use of classroom materials, including Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and environments
- Mortgage and Real Estate Lending Knowledge preferred
