General Job Description : Our client is seeking a motivated Jr. Account Manager to join a growing sales team in the North Atlanta area. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 remote) is ideal for candidates early in their careers who are eager to learn, develop sales expertise, and build relationships in the secondary mortgage market.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Mortgage Operations, or related roles
- Background in Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Loan Acquisition Operations
- Understanding of secondary market processes (e.g., cracking tapes, locking loans)
- Strong communication skills with a desire to grow into relationship sales
