Job Title : Project Manager - Talent Management
Job Location : Pensacola, FL – Hybrid (All remote work must be performed within the United States.)
Job Type : Contract - Must be able to work as a W2 employee of Newbold.
Compensation : $70 - 73 / hour - Compensation will be based on the candidate’s skills and experience.

General Job Description : We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in Performance and Talent Management Practices to provide project management support for Talent Management and Talent Strategy teams. The Project Manager will drive planning, execution, and tracking of key initiatives to ensure alignment with division goals and Agile practices. They will streamline workflows in Azure DevOps (ADO), enhance collaboration, and improve processes for efficient project delivery.
Requirements :
- Support two managers leading project teams, including direct reports and 15 team members and advisors.
- Manage project planning and tracking in ADO, ensuring alignment with division goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
- Oversee project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for three Talent teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Serve as the primary project management contact, providing updates across platforms.
- Lead meetings, manage team capacity, and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
