This pivotal role requires an in-depth understanding of mortgage finance, a proven track record of driving product growth, and the ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Product Roadmap Ownership : Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives and emerging market trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive seamless execution of product initiatives and successful feature launches.
- Stakeholder & Leadership Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams to communicate product vision, strategy, and progress.
- Customer Engagement : Connect with key customers to gather insights, incorporate feedback, and continuously refine our product offerings to enhance user experience.
- Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all product developments adhere to regulatory and financial industry standards, actively mitigating risks associated with mortgage trading.
