Compensation : $155,000 - $200,000 with employee benefits package
General Job Description : We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Client Success to lead and scale a business-critical function focused on the end-to-end implementation of mortgage products. This leader will drive seamless product adoption for mortgage originators while ensuring exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities will include Client Onboarding & Adoption, Mortgage Product Implementation, Technology & Systems Optimization, Client Training & Success, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Job Requirements :
10 years in mortgage product development, implementation, or client success roles within the mortgage industry a must.
Industry Expertise – Deep knowledge of non-agency and agency mortgage products, secondary market processes, and multi-buyer loan exchanges.
Technical Skills – Strong understanding of mortgage pricing and eligibility engines and loan origination systems.
Project Management – Proven ability to manage complex product rollouts and develop scalable onboarding strategies.
Communication & Leadership – Exceptional client engagement and leadership skills with a collaborative, results-oriented mindset.
