Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership

Subscription Growth & Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to increase paid subscribers.
- Minimize attrition through proactive engagement, retention programs, and payment recovery solutions
Revenue Growth
- Identify and execute new revenue opportunities, including sponsorships, partnerships, and premium content.
- Drive advertising revenue through direct sales and programmatic advertising.
Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee all social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience engagement.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility and attract new audiences.
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls to optimize profitability.
