NewBridge Services, Inc. is seeking an APN licensed in NJ (Psychiatric / Mental Health) WITH Prescriptive Authority for a Full-Time position (35 hours/week) in an Outpatient clinic setting. This is a hybrid opportunity with 21 hours minimum required onsite with the balance optional remote!
Experience: Minimum 2 years of services to persons with chronic mental illness and 1 year prescribing experience with psychiatric population. Experience with children/adolescent a plus. Computer literacy and ability to learn electronic health record software a must.
Summary: As an APN specializing in Psychiatric / Mental Health, you will be integral to delivering high-quality care in an outpatient environment. Reporting to the the Medical Director who will also be your Collaborating Physician, your role involves conducting patient assessments, medication management and monitoring, developing individualize treatment plans, and utilizing the EHR system to document care. Serving as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team will support our mission to provide comprehensive mental health services to our clients.
