Job Summary :
The Business Development Leaders primary duties include overseeing the sales / business teams of multiple NFI entities to identify business opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective clients, and collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives and maximize sales potential.
Duties / Responsibilities :
Oversees efforts in and assists with identification and research of potential prospects
Develop and give presentations to current and prospective customers and internal executives
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
Maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Understand each NFI entities business processes and product offering
Periodically travel to trade shows or customer locations
Required Skills / Abilities :
Minimum of bachelors degree or degree in related field
At least three years of experience preferred but not required
Proven leadership experience
Willingness to travel to various NFI entities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and analytical skills required
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines as required
Willingness to work constructively in a team atmosphere
