Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Oversight of regional sales, customer service, and operations.
- Developing and executing a customer outreach and service plan in a local territory to reach and exceed business goals.
- Demonstrating excellence in business-to-business selling.
- Developing and communicating business metrics and progress toward goals.
- Developing and training others to achieve optimal business results as well as personal goals.
- Managing the ownership of a P&L for the territory
- Maintaining a daily cadence of outreach, sales and service for customers.
- Performing other duties as needed to ensure regional success.
- Possess a background in the industrial supply market.
- Possess a college degree OR have equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to motivate others.
- Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills.
- Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift, slide, carry, and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs.
- Prior managerial experience.
- Looking for backgrounds in broadline industrial supply distribution.
- Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the U.S.A
