Job Overview
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the effective operation, repair, and maintenance of all facilities and equipment. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and proactive management to uphold the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency.
Position Description:
- Work with vendors and contractors to complete construction projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure the construction occurs according to schedule and within budgetary guidelines
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, engineers and city and county officials
- Schedule a perform routine maintenance and preventative work orders
- Communicate clearly with residents, employees, and contractors
- Maintain weekly agendas and progress updates
- Apartment renovations and turns
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancement
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce repair costs
Position Requirements:
- Multi-family maintenance experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to perform in an environment that requires multi-tasking
- Experience with HVAC systems
- Strong negotiation skills
Necessary Special Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer proficiency
- Provide own tools
- Must be available for emergency on-call work orders

- Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
- HVAC (Preferred)
