Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated applicant to fill our full-time Painter/Crew Member role.
The Painter/Crew Member role involves performing interior and exterior painting applications primarily on residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior painting applications.
- Prepare surfaces for proper application.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
- Interact with clients professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in painting/carpentry related experience.
- Familiarity with and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good social and communication skills.
- Good time and project management skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Proof of work authorization in the United States including social security and a Driver's license.
- References (preferred but not required).
Job Details:
- Hours mainly consist of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
- Location is primarily based in Concord, MA, with work in nearby areas.
- Salary is based on experience, with negotiable terms.

Job Pay Compensation
Painter/Crew Member starts at $20.00 - $25.00 an hour
Bonuses Overtime Pay based on job performance
