We seek a Content Specialist to manage program documentation, applications, and file coordination to enhance service delivery and impact lives.
What You’ll Do
· Leverage agency and grant/contract outcomes to guide daily operations and improve service delivery.
· Navigate multiple grant and contract requirements to ensure compliance while effectively serving clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams and funders to maximize positive client outcomes.
What You Need
Required
· Experience working with individuals and families in economic hardship.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Valid driver’s license.
· Experience with grant compliance, annual tracking, and attention to detail.
· Ability to make independent decisions based on funder/agency requirements.
Preferred
· Experience managing multiple grant/contract requirements.
· Ability to train and support team members in grant applications.
