We are seeking a Healthcare Outcome Director to lead our health services with efficiency and innovation. In this role, you will oversee clinical, educational, and support staff to drive impactful healthcare outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure agency goals and outcomes align with strategic objectives and funding requirements.
- Foster a high-performance team culture through coaching, development, and collaboration.
- Navigate challenges with resilience to maintain and enhance Newcap’s impact.
- Champion mission-driven initiatives that create lasting change.
- Build strong relationships with staff, the community, and stakeholders through integrity and humility.
- Adapt to evolving client needs, agency goals, and program demands with agility.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Nursing, Medicine, Public Health); Master’s preferred.
- Direct patient care and supervisory experience.
- Expertise in Medicaid billing and coding (ICD-10, CPT).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for Newcap’s mission; experience working with low-income populations is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
