Responsibilities & Duties :
- Provide sales support to wireless sales consultants and major account representatives
- Perform administrative functions such as system data entry, equipment delivery, inventory tracking, and correspondence writing.
- Assist customers over the phone and in person, handling billing questions and promoting Cellcom services.
- Analyze customer account information, perform rate plan analysis, and resolve billing issues.
- Assist with trade show and tabletop set-up, staffing, and walk-in customer sales opportunities, including activating new equipment and general customer service responsibilities.
- Other duties as assigned
