- Continuously improve business processes and procedures to optimize results.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of the needs of the long-term, acute care, and multi-family industries is preferred.
- Experience selling to medium and large-size businesses.
- Self-motivated, driven, and professionally persistent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe suite, Tigerpaw, or other CRM tools is essential.
