We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Manager to join our team.

- Our fabrication team includes the following departments and equipment: lasers, turrets, brakes, spotwelds, radium machine, perm insert machine, probes, tea urn, tumble, tube, passivation, coils, punch press tanks, stud weld, mill, and shears.
What you'll do:
- Handle the planning, coordination, and execution of manufacturing processes.
- Lead a team of multiple fabrication employees, including scheduling, employee relations, coaching, performance reviews, and approving time sheets.
- Plan, forecast, and manage the department schedule based on production needs and company goals, including parts needed for assembly orders, requisitions for parts, and scheduling outsourced parts and finish companies.
- Partner with our purchasing team for ordering materials, equipment, tooling, and supplies.
- Program machine software and make routers as needed.
- Process AMPs for equipment maintenance and schedule all repairs.
- Complete final inspection of parts as needed.
- Create a safe working environment by identifying and eliminating hazards and unsafe acts.
Requirements
What we're seeking:
- 5 years of Fabrication experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience planning and forecasting for production needs
- Ability to read blueprints and interpreting engineering drawings
- Experience partnering with multiple production departments
