Who We Are
Newco Services is a premier provider of Equipment Management Services to Worldwide Corporations servicing the United States and Canada helping organizations seeking National distribution, refrigeration repair and data management services. Newco collectively manages hundreds of thousands of refrigeration/vending equipment throughout North America.
Who You Are
We are seeking a key member to add to our Service dispatch and follow up department as a Field Service Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent position with the ability to work remotely, independently & responsibly. Training will be performed via Microsoft Teams and candidates must be fluent with current Microsoft programs
What You'll Do
Responsibilities include heavy phones, data entry, dispatching, problem solving, pricing negotiating, and following up with service agents on work orders
What You Bring
- Seeking candidates with excellent computer, typing, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Must know Microsoft Outlook to include, Mail, Word and Excel. Access experience is a definite plus.
- Prior experience working in refrigeration and/or a fast-paced office environment is helpful and will provide a competitive edge in the interviewing process.
- Experience with dispatching and field service follow-up in the referigeration industy, home warranty industry or an industry ustilizing similar skills a huge plus.

Pay Range: $15-18/hour commission
