As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in aligning the needs of our business units with the capabilities delivered by IT. Your responsibilities will include gathering stakeholder needs, defining project scope, converting business needs into IT deliverables, and bridging communication between organizational units and IT. Additionally, you will ensure IT solutions align with business goals, investigate system and data issues, develop reporting to support business operations, manage and configure vendor applications, test IT solutions, and continuously seek process and systems improvements. Staying updated through educational opportunities and networking is also essential.
We seek someone with a degree in a relevant field and at least one year of experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of vendor application management and configuration are essential.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in business or information systems and has at least one year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. They are proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products and possess excellent verbal communication skills, focusing on building rapport with management, stakeholders, and end users. Strong people, analytical, consultative, and documentation skills are essential, along with a high level of motivation and self-direction. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective task prioritization and execution, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment are also important. Experience with SQL queries, Excel and Power Query, Power BI, or another BI tool is a plus.
