We are seeking an experienced and dedicated cemetery leader to oversee the administration, sales, and grounds operations of our cemeteries in Topeka, KS. This individual will guide our cemetery teams to maximize profitability while providing the highest quality of service.
About the Role
As Cemetery General Manager, you will set and implement strategic and financial goals while fostering collaboration between our cemeteries, sales teams, and monument company. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cemetery operations, sales, and administration. A passion for coaching and motivating others is essential. This position reports directly to our President, John Newcomer.
