MEP Project Manager – [Company Name]
We’re looking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple commercial and industrial MEP projects. You’ll ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards, working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Track: Develop and manage project schedules, set milestones, and track progress.
- Lead & Delegate: Direct teams and delegate tasks to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor & Adjust: Manage MEP budgets, schedules, and quality control, making necessary adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work with Sr. Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and Field Ops Managers to define scope and deliverables for MEP systems.
- Problem-Solve: Address and resolve technical issues related to MEP design, installation, and operations.
- Project Oversight: Manage MEP teams throughout all project phases, including design, construction, testing, and delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: 8 years in MEP project management, with experience in construction projects.
- Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 required.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
