About the Role:
As a 1099 P&C Insurance Agent, you will:
- Build and manage your own book of business: Develop and cultivate client relationships, identify their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Prospect for new clients: Utilize various lead generation strategies, including networking, referrals, and online marketing.
- Quote and sell insurance policies: Present insurance options from our network of carriers and close deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, address their questions and concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends: Continuously learn about new products, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Active P&C insurance license: Required.- We are licensed in NJ,NY,FL,TX,CA
- Proven sales experience: Preferred, but not required for highly motivated individuals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and driven: A desire to succeed and build a successful business.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Comfortable working independently and managing your own time.
- Excellent organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
