Job Summary:
Inthis role you would be the point of contact for all transitions to the Broker Dealer and RIA platform for NewEdge Wealth.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
The NewEdge Wealth Transition Project Manager will develop and execute projects that support NewEdge Wealth and NewEdge Securities businesses to cover all onboading tasks. This role is accountable for ensuring that project management practices align with strategic goals and are executed consistently across both business units. The individual will lead initiatives to develop and implement repeatable, scalable processes that enhance alignment and transparency throughout the organization, including meeting organization to cover all onboarding tasks, pre-meeting agendas, notes logged, and meeting minutes sent post call. In addition to scheduling and hosting calls you will also be required to organize outstanding items, follow up with the task list and ensure it gets completed timely.
Transitions
The job includes coordinating the areas of Office Space, Technology, Registration, Compliance, Marketing, Human Resource, Trading, Billing and Compensation related to ultra-high net worth transitions. The duties may include, but are not limited to, providing pre- and post-transition administrative support, maintaining training materials, tracking the onboarding process, and providing transition progress reports to Senior Management. An understanding and collaboration will be required to liaise with back-office staff and custodians. During a transition, the assistance is multi-pronged: traveling onsite and helping the team send out paperwork while also supporting New Account in account opening and submitting transfers. At the conclusion of each transition, an off-boarding intake report will be filed for future development and a thoughtful handoff to NewEdge Wealth’s Trainer to occur.
Operations
The role includes serving as a point of contact for the service & operations teams to resolve client and advisor support inquiries, pointing and assisting to the development of our Learning Hub, and aiding in the development of tracking projects associated with operational workflows. This may look like running a report of NIGO paperwork or highlighting opportunities by reviewing data in Salesforce and Orion. The role includes managing the access to rep/g numbers as well as entitlements.

Experience & Requirements:
- 2-5 years of project management experience
- BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience managing medium to large-scale, complex projects.
- Securities industry experience within organizations providing investment advisory services is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of project and portfolio management tools and methodologies.
- PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- FBI background check required
- Must have the ability to travel to perform required transition functions.
