Job Description
- Configure, troubleshoot, isolate, repair, document and resolve all customer desktop hardware and software technical issues.
- Completes test activities with robust documentation through standardized validation plans and verification results.
- Ensure all products and software comply with government standards through formal verification methods.
- Recommend hardware and software improvements to lower RMA rates.
- Knowledge of coding and/or scripting to all software are up to date.
- To create and provide training materials/procedures for RMA repairs.
- Other duties as assigned
- Combination of 2 years of education, training, and experience in a professional, business or equivalent technical field.
- Experience with PC assembly in the context of an assembly line operation is required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
- Must be a self-directed, fast learner who is effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality of work.
- Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required.
- Proven analytical and conceptual skills.
