This position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management and technical service functions. Job Description
- Assemble, install and configure new computer components, including operating software or peripheral equipment using hand or power tools, or soldering equipment.
- Processing each order completely and accurately
- Packing the orders in a safe, effective, and efficient manner; verifying order accuracy by order number, product quantity and shipping each order
- Ensure special safety precautions and/or equipment is maintained
- Awareness of storage techniques and locations, space allocation, & stock rotation.
- Sort and prepare merchandise for RMA request.
- Create and manage vendor and internal transfer documentation
- Prepare merchandise for shipping with necessary and correct documentation.
- Responsible for the verification and accuracy of all outgoing shipments
- Responsible for loading packages onto carriers as needed.
- Responsible for physical inventory count in assigned area.
- Test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
- Provide driver information for merchandise to relevant departments.
- Supporting technical support activities between outbound and vendors.
- Maintain a clean working area.
- Other duties, responsibilities, and tasks may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
- You’re experience in PC building, familiar with new computer components.
- More than 3 years previous experience and knowledge in adjusting and calibrating computers according to specifications.
- Previous experience working within fulfillment, warehousing, manufacturing is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- You have passion about PC and self-motivated.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Ability to multitask and function under stress.
- Able to lift 50 LBS.
- Must be physically capable of repetitive standing, lifting, bending and stooping for long period of time.
- 100% warehouse setting with standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Might also use forklift, conveyor, drill for shipping/inventory/return purpose.
- Walking, stooping, standing, stretching, bending, lifting, and sitting for long periods of time
- Ability to work under extreme environments such as high heat and cold weather
- Requires minimum lifting ability of 40 pounds; may require heavy lifting of 50 pounds with assistance of team members and/or equipment
- Job will be performed in a warehouse environment that may be noisy, dirty, hot and/or cold
