Newfane Middle School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator to teach middle school Social Studies for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will implement the TCi Social Studies program while embracing and modeling the Panther Principles—our core values that align with the middle school philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging social studies lessons aligned with New York State learning standards.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Create a supportive and structured classroom environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity.
- Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff to enhance student achievement and well-being.
- Integrate technology and innovative instructional strategies into lessons to support student learning.
