Essential Duties
In this role, you will be required to:
· Assist the Site Manager and Project Management Team with site health and safety (“H&S”) system planning, monitoring, changes, and continuous H&S system improvements.
· Assist the Site Manager and Project Management Team with Project site logistics, management, planning, and preparation for site work from the current condition through remediation and closure.
· Convey a high level of professionalism in written and verbal communications to effectively interface with staff personnel, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
· Manage paper or electronic filing systems and maintain documents, such as correspondence, H&S-related work products, data, or other materials.
· Operate field and office equipment such as air monitoring equipment, copiers, or communications systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.
· Maintain and update project/staff and subcontractor or vendor scheduling.
· You must also complete the OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training successfully once you begin working.

Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial/RCRA/CERCLA or CSP/IH-related field construction, demolition, and/or earthworks with H&S duties and management experience is required.
- Education: High School Diploma (minimum) and secondary education preferred
- Office Equipment & Electronics: Knowledge of electronic field office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computer hardware and accessories.
- Industrial Hygiene Equipment & Electronics: Knowledge of and experience with field monitoring and testing equipment such as direct reading gas / particulate monitors, sound and air dosimetry monitoring, and similar devices and accessories.
- Computer Software Programs: Must possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 Business (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint), and preferably Adobe Acrobat.
- Physical Demands: The position requires field work, work observations, and monitoring for long periods of time, which may include extended hours working in the field and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Hours per Week: This is a 40-hour-per-week position. Additional hours may be assigned as required, subject to site work and work assignments to support fieldwork and the project team.
Salary Range: $83,200 to $104,000. Pay is negotiable and based on experience. Competitive benefits are offered to full-time employees in this role.
